VirolStores marketplace operates on several markets, that allow merchants to list items and users to find and purchase items. We collect and use information from users (customers), merchants (sellers). We also use information to find items that we think will be of interest to customers and to find the right price for each item.

You have choices about whether to provide us with information and how we use that information. Account & personal data deletion

  1. If you want to delete your account & personal information from our platform:
  2. if you are registered as vendor , you are kindly requested to send us the written request via Email at with subject of email “deactivate account & personal data deletion” with indication of the reason of deleting the data.
  3. we will process your request within 3 business days and once we confirm that there is no outstanding financial liability on you or no pending delivery items , we will deactivate your account  and delete your personal data as per your request.
  4. If you are registered as customer , you can delete your account by clicking on delete account in “my account page
